Not able to start Python manuals from PyScripter

Description

Using PortablePython? 1.1, running Python v2.6.1, using Pyscripter IDE
to start working my way through John Zelle's book "Python Programming:
An Introduction to Computer Science". I wanted to look up some info
on a basic function from within Pyscripter, and clicked on 'Help' ->
'Python Manuals' and... nothing.
I know the Windows Help File for python is there under
\PortablePython?_1.1_py2.6.1\App\Doc\python261.chm... but it's not
opening when called from within Pyscripter. I'm not sure if it's an
issue with the PortablePython? install or the Pyscripter program...
thought I'd toss this out there and see if anyone else has similar
issues.
